This is our main line of work, as we mostly focus on designing and producing a wide variety of suspension seats for high speed crafts. Our products include some unique features and demonstrate excellent performance even in extreme conditions. Innovative Suspension Design
All seats are equipped with Öhlins adjustable shocks and springs. All shock absorbers have settings and dampening profiles developed specifically for ERpro. We use racing performance coil springs instead of the widely used air systems and therefore our suspensions maintain their optimum characteristics without being affected by heat buildup or air leaks…

Anodizing
We offer a wide variety of anodizing options for the aluminum parts of our seats, in any combination requested between anodizing and regular electrostatic paint, as requested by the customer.
Electrostatic Powder Coating
We use the best quality materials and procedures to offer seat electrostatic powder coating that resits to weathering. You can choose from our practically limitless color options to find what suits your case.
Upholstery
Our seats are covered with layers of foam material to ensure the best shock absorption and comfort even after hour of use. On top of that we offer the best quality of upholstery options specifically selected for optimum resistance to sea water and sun exposure.
Seams-Stitching
There are many options of stitching and seam styles to choose from. You can also add your logo or any custom configuration that fits your case.

High Speed Crafts
ERpro was commissioned to design the “OKYALOS” ship, featuring full aluminum body, high performance and low maintenance requirements.
It was inspired by Nikos Mpoulelakis and the shipbuilding took place at the EMAL-N.Mpoulelakis factory. We also have designed a variety of small boats for various customers and according to specifications of government or non profit organizations public tenders.
These designs are detailed, with the option for modifications and any customization requested by the customer.
Currently ERpro has focused in the design and manufacturing of suspension seats and the craft design is presented moreover as a capability demonstration and as a tribute to our hard work and passion.

Okyalos MIL
The name is ancient Greek meaning “fast moving in the sea”. It was the name of Odysseus ship and the inspiration for this project that eventually came to life and it is now used by the Hellenic Navy.
Okyalos PL44
A conceptual design of a Category B high speed ship for recreational purposes. It features an all aluminum body and inflatable ribs. Awaiting the right moment to jump into reality.
Okyalos River
Designed per the specifications of a European tender for the border Police. It is a high speed boat, carrying 3 to 5 passengers, sailing on shallow river waters.
